How long until you respond?
One business day. Usually faster. If your inquiry arrives Friday after 16:00 SAST, expect a Monday reply.
Will I speak to a salesperson?
No. Discovery calls are taken by the architect who would design the system. They have authority to scope or to refer you elsewhere.
What if you can't help us?
We say so on the call and refer you to a partner who can. We'd rather lose a fit-poor engagement than take it.
Do you sign NDAs before the call?
Yes, on request. Send a draft with your inquiry or use ours. Most clients move forward without one. The Discovery call doesn't require sensitive disclosure.
Are you taking engagements outside South Africa?
Yes. Most of our work is South African; we take cross-border engagements where the operating model and governance scope make remote delivery viable.
